Our cutting machines and competencies include:
- TRAUB Snap Cut with Angle Lead
- Haven Square Cut with no Angle Lead including Wire Brush
- Burr Oak Pull Apart Cut from Coil Stock or Straight Lengths
- Process Straight Bars or Coil Stock
We are capable of performing end-forming, bending, wire-brushing, beading, deburring, and light assembly in materials both ferrous and non-ferrous of most varieties ranging from outside diameters of 0.125” to 1.5”. For round tube precision cutting specifically, we are able to cut diameters ranging from 3mm (.125″) to 22mm (0.875″) OD. We can also work with tubing of any interior design and ensure precision cutting with walls as thin as .35mm (.013″) and as thick as 2.54mm (.100″) without issue. Overall, our burr free cutting services can handle lengths from 6.35mm (.25″) to 3656mm (144″).
